Social capital is a collective asset comprising trust, networks, and shared norms that shape communities' ability to access primary health services at Puskesmas. This study employs a PRISMA-based systematic literature review to examine social capital dynamics—Bonding, Bridging, and Linking in health service access, and formulate their implications for sociology education and social-health literacy. Eleven articles from Scopus and Google Scholar (2022–2026) were analyzed critically and thematically. Synthesis results show that bonding strengthens internal solidarity, bridging expands information reach between groups, and linking connects communities with formal institutions. Conversely, disharmony between social capital dimensions equally poses fatal public health risks, while overly rigid bonding in rural areas has the potential to hinder digital innovation. Pedagogical reconstruction through social-health education is therefore needed to transform informal social capital into adaptive forces. Strengthening integrated social capital, supported by inclusive digital literacy education, serves as a strategic key to optimizing access to primary health services.
