Higher Education Spiritual Pedagogies (HESP) (ISSN Online: 2988-5248) is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Science Education, University of Education. The journal provides a scholarly platform for advancing critical and interdisciplinary discussions on spirituality, pedagogy, ethics, and educational transformation within contemporary educational contexts.

HESP is committed to promoting innovative and rigorous scholarship that explores the intersection of spiritual values, contemplative learning, ethical formation, philosophical inquiry, and pedagogical practices in higher education and related educational environments. The journal particularly emphasizes contemporary issues surrounding spiritual pedagogy, Islamic educational thought, post-secular education, moral and character formation, educational ethics, and transformative learning in the digital and global era.

Higher Education Spiritual Pedagogies (HESP) focuses on interdisciplinary scholarship that critically examines the relationship between spirituality, ethics, pedagogy, and educational transformation within contemporary educational contexts, particularly in higher education and Islamic education.
