Abstract

Life in the post truth era, putting truth into brutally persecuted goods. Each individual tore up the substance of truth, life became increasingly cynical. Instead of the truth obtained, they actually destroy the truth. So, education and history educators can encourage the process of dissemination of true and wise knowledge in society. To understand the various developments in the present world, it is absolutely necessary knowledge and scientific reasoning in society. The widespread transmission of scientific reasoning to society will have a profound effect on the revival of society and the nation. Thus, historical education needs to take a greater role in maintaining the continuity of social processes to become Indonesia in the midst of world society. It needs an effort that is supported by a clear awareness in seeing the dialectics of history and history that goes on. Without it, people will experience distortion in understanding the events that are happening before them today. Because these events have been and will continue to be mistakenly understood by most of the people of this nation.
