Kontekstualisasi kehidupan masa Pra-aksara di Indonesia: analisis buku teks pembelajaran Sejarah

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the contextualisation of the author of a textbook on lessons of Indonesia history. The book became a mandatory handbook for students from 2016 until this time. This article takes one of themes in the textbook lesson as a discussion material, that is life of prehistory in Indonesia. The method used in this article is critical discourse analysis. The paradigm used in this article is the paradigm of social definition, social interpretation, dan postmoderism paradigm. The argument and critiques in this article based on three paradigms like that. The conclusion of this article is still relatively much to be found contextualized by textbook authors who use positism paradigm without considering the existence of other paradigms. The author of a textbook also makes a single conclusion, whereas the 21st century ability expected of learnners is a variety of perspectives.
